From our farmers’ pastures come two unique approaches to Kentucky beef, each with its own character and flavor.
Rose Beef , our signature young grass-fed beef, recalls a traditional way of farming—yearling cattle raised naturally with their herds, eating only milk and grass. Berry Beef , our grain-on-grass finished beef, reflects Kentucky’s heritage of pasture stewardship, with cattle kept on grass and given access to corn, yielding beef with consistent marbling and depth of flavor.
Our cattle are never confined to feedlots or treated with hormones or antibiotics. Its a vision of farming that sustains communities, honors the animals, and provides a future for Kentucky’s farm families.
